Occupational Therapist

Altum Health is a department within the University Health Network with over 300 employees. We provide client-centered services that address physical, psychosocial, and behavioral issues related to injury or illness. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Ajax team.

Requirements

• Occupational Therapist registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• A minimum of two (2) years related experience preferred
• Experience in the treatment of clients/patients with work-related injuries and/or experience in the third-party health care system preferred
• Strong FAE and Return to Work planning skills (desired but not essential)
• WorkWell certification preferred but not essential
• Experience with report writing is an asset
