Occupational Therapist

Altum Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their Ajax team. The successful candidate will treat clients and enable them to reach their fully functional and work reintegration potential in collaboration with all stakeholders. The role requires a registered Occupational Therapist with a minimum of two years of related experience, preferably in the treatment of clients/patients with work-related injuries and/or experience in the third-party healthcare system.

Requirements

• Occupational Therapist registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• A minimum of two (2) years related experience
• Experience in the treatment of clients/patients with work-related injuries and/or experience in the third-party health care system
• Strong FAE and Return to Work planning skills
• WorkWell certification
• Experience with report writing
