Job Description
The Student Affairs Specialist II will plan, coordinate, and implement leadership development and community engagement initiatives at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. The role will involve advising student leaders, presenting workshops and trainings, and collaborating with colleagues to advance an integrated model of student engagement and leadership development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Social Sciences or a related field
- Two (2) years of related experience required
- Experience in planning programs and events
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills using Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel
