Job Description
The University of Auckland seeks a Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial to support the university's strategic and commercial success. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on intellectual property and commercial risk, and partnering with senior leaders to manage legal risk and enable informed decision-making.
