Job Description
The UCF Building Department is looking for a Plans Examiner II to perform building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing plan reviews and inspections in University facilities in compliance with The Florida Building Code. The position requires additional state licensing and experience.
Requirements
- Conducts plan reviews and submits revision requests
- Performs inspections, coordinates corrective actions and conducts follow-up inspections
- Consults with University Stakeholders, Architects and Engineers on planned projects
