Assistant Director, Operations

The Assistant Director, Operations (ADO) is responsible for identifying and executing the strategic objectives for the day-to-day and long-term facilities-related needs of one or more undergraduate residence halls. The position requires an in-person presence to complete building walkthroughs, observe operations, and respond to emergent issues.

Requirements

• Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum requirements include knowledge and skills developed through 5-7 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Valid driver's license upon offer of employment.
• Pass the University's motor vehicle records process.
