Job Description
The University of Cincinnati is seeking part-time/limited adjunct instructors to serve as field supervisors to join the team in the College of Education, Criminal Justice, Human Services, and Information Technology (CECH). The position requires the capacity to communicate program expectations, mentor licensure program students in field experiences, review field assignments and complete field evaluations, meet with/observe students in the field multiple times per semester, attend meetings several times per semester and report requirements to student teachers and site mentors.
Requirements
- Evaluate the teaching performance of teacher candidates at field schools and provide oral and written feedback
- Evaluate assignments and provide written feedback
- Communicate with teacher candidates, mentor teachers, and UC faculty members regarding the performance of the teacher candidate
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise
