The University of Edinburgh is seeking a Sous Chef to join the brigade at The Scott Hotel. The successful candidate will help implement an exciting casual-fine dining concept at Abacus and be responsible for the efficient operation of the kitchen. The role requires a highly-motivated and talented individual who is passionate about food and has a strong work ethic.
