Assistant Professor - Internal Medicine (Nephrology and Hypertension)

The Assistant Professor in the Division of Nephrology and Hypertension within the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Kansas Medical Center will provide leadership in the design, analysis, and reporting of health services evaluation projects, and expand the research portfolio by partnering with collaborators and pursuing new research opportunities.

Requirements

• MD or PhD in Clinical Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Economics, Health Research Methodology, or a related discipline
• Experience with the collection, analysis, and interpretation of quantitative data
• Experience with statistical software such as SAS, STATA, MPlus, HLM6 or SPSS
• Research experience in evidence synthesis and methodology
• Experience managing several ongoing projects and coordinate research efforts
