Job Description
The Academic Life Coordinator supports the growth and formation of students and seminarians within the University of Mary's Arizona-based undergraduate programs. The role is responsible for recruitment, enrollment, and retention of undergraduate students, as well as arranging and providing academic formation and front-office services. The individual will assist in the development, planning, and executing of student events and will be present at such events to serve as a representative of the program.
Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university
- Demonstrable grasp of the Catholic imaginative and intellectual tradition
- 3 years of experience as a classroom instructor (high school or university level)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively plan, balance, and maintain a responsible budget
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications
