Director, Student Engagement and Events

The Director of Event and Student Engagement oversees all aspects of student, alumni, faculty & staff engagement planning meetings, conferences, workshops, seminars, lectures, and other special events for the assigned department(s). The Director works with the Communications Director, Sr. Business Officer and Advancement Officer in developing engagement activities for prospective, current and alumni students.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of business and management principles
• Ability to direct, manage, implement, and evaluate department operations
• Ability to establish department goals, and objectives that support the strategic plan
• Ability to effectively plan, delegate and/or supervise the work of others
• Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others
