Program Coordinator, Graduate Career Services

The Program Coordinator provides general oversight of the day-to-day operations of the Unanue Graduate Career Advancement & Engagement team, assisting with the development, organization, production, and evaluation of the center to achieve its mission, goals, and objectives.

Requirements

• Supports the department’s reception desk
• Manages and trains student ambassadors
• Drafts and initiates correspondence
• Supports the team with employer and alumni engagement
• Assists in alumni outreach and follow-up
• Prepares reports to measure against team deliverables
• Works with classroom and career technology to manage experiential learning programs
• Provides assistance and support for student participants
• Coordinates and assists with event management initiatives
• Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures
