Job Description
The University of Ottawa is seeking two tenure-track faculty positions at the rank of Assistant Professor in the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, with a focus on pharmaceutical sciences. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and delivery of a new French-language Doctor of Pharmacy program, establish and maintain an externally funded research program, and supervise and mentor undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral trainees.
Requirements
- PhD, MD/PhD, PharmD/PhD, BScPharm/PhD, or equivalent degrees in a relevant field
- Postdoctoral experience or equivalent, with a strong track record of research excellence
- A demonstrated commitment to teaching and graduate training
- A solid record of and commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ability to teach in French
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French
