Career Services Advisor, Senior

The Career Services Advisor, Senior position at USC Marshall School of Business is seeking an experienced career services professional to join their team as an associate director. The successful candidate will work directly with graduate students, co-designing career workshops, leading group advising sessions, and offer one-on-one advising for students. This role also serves as the primary liaison for specific master's programs.

Requirements

• Communicates and develops strong working relationships with students from specialized master's programs
• Helps students build self-awareness, explore career directions, and develop job/internship search strategies
• Stay abreast of industry trends and understand functional knowledge
• Guide students toward appropriate employment opportunities
• Co-design career workshops and lead group advising sessions
• Work as the liaison for the specific specialized master's program(s)
• Lead, supervise and serve as a resource to student peer coaches
• Support networking and hiring events
• Gather data on student engagement and employment outcomes
