The University of Southern California Career Center is recruiting a Senior Career Advisor to lead innovative and scalable signature undergraduate and graduate career services. The primary responsibilities include leading career advising, program development and management, and fostering partnerships with campus partners and student organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, Student Affairs, Human Resources, Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Three to five years of experience in career advising, programming, and supervising student team members.
