Clinical Pharmacist - Day Hospital - Per Diem 10 Hour Days (Non-Exempt) (Non-Union)

The Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care through integrated drug distribution, clinical services and education.

Requirements

• Pharm.D degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• 2 years Hospital or Ambulatory Care experience or completion of a residency program in a Hospital or Ambulatory care setting
• Organization/time management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning and evaluation skills
• Demonstrates ability to effectively work with physicians, staff, and patients
• Able to function independently and as a member of a team
• Committed to excellence in patient care and customer service
