Clinical Pharmacist - Pharmacy - Per Diem 12 Hour Days (Non-Exempt) (Non-Union)

The Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care through integrated drug distribution, clinical services and education. Provides medication process responsibilities, supervises technicians, performs teamwork, and clinical duties, including thorough patient monitoring profiles, therapeutic recommendations, and participation in pharmacy continuous quality improvement activities.

Requirements

• Pharm.D degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• 2 years Hospital experience or completion of a residency program in a hospital setting
• Organization/time management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning and evaluation skills
• Demonstrates ability to effectively work with physicians, staff, and patients
• Able to function independently and as a member of a team
• Committed to excellence in patient care and customer service
