Associate Director of Service and Leadership Development

The University of Tampa seeks an Associate Director of Service and Leadership Development to support community engagement, responsible citizenship education, and student volunteerism. The position will develop comprehensive leadership curricula, supervise student staff, and advise student organizations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in higher education or related area
• Previous event planning experience
• Demonstrated experience in student programming and contract negotiation
• Experience with digital technology that supports engagement and project management
• Flexible hours to support evening and weekend events
• Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of or ability to learn The University of Tampa software programs
• Previous supervision experience
