Job Description
The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Tampa is seeking a Visiting Assistant Professor in Chemistry. The successful candidate will teach a total of 27 contact hours during the 2026-2027 academic year. The department consists of 31 full-time faculty and academic staff members and more than 240 majors.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Education, or a related discipline
- Teaching experience is preferred
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
