Assistant or Associate Professor - Chemistry

The Department of Chemistry at the University of the Cumberlands invites applicants to apply for a full-time assistant professorship in Physical Chemistry and/or Inorganic Chemistry.

Requirements

• Master of Science (Ph.D. preferred) in Physical Chemistry and/or Inorganic Chemistry, or a closely related field
• Proven experience in teaching
• Record of professional and scholarly productivity
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills. Must be able to relate to and communicate with diverse students, faculty, staff, and external communities
• Willingness to adopt and support a mindset that focuses on student success
