We are looking for a Head of Facilities Management to lead and manage professional services, support strategic planning, and be responsible for operational delivery for all major and specialist contracts and operations. The role involves developing and managing systems of work for sourcing, specifying, and scheduling planned and reactive maintenance across the University estate.
Requirements
- Leadership and operational management of the Hard FM Services (HFMS) team
- Ability to deliver effective and efficient use of allocated resources
- Effective communicator and facilitator of collaborative working
