Assistant Community Manager - Student Housing

The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for managing leasing and marketing efforts of the community, overseeing the leasing staff, and assisting the Community Manager with day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining lease files, supporting leasing consultants, conducting market surveys, and coordinating renewal programs. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of professionalism, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to lead and manage others.
