The Community Manager oversees the full operations of the property, ensuring the community runs smoothly and profitably. This includes leading leasing, marketing, and financial planning, as well as supervising staff and resident issues. The manager must have a minimum of 2 years of community or property management experience and be able to manage property budgets, interpret financial statements, and make data-driven decisions.
