Job Description
As a Leasing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of launching and leasing our newest property in Fort Worth, overseeing a leasing and marketing team, and driving lease objectives through strategic brand building, partnership cultivation, and innovative marketing implementation.
Requirements
- Direct oversight of the part-time and full-time sales and marketing team
- Execute tasks and strategy in go-to-market strategies and leasing plans
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, academic institutions, and community stakeholders
- Plan and execute impactful events that generate buzz and excitement in the market
- Monitor and evaluate the sales knowledge and touring performance of the part-time team
