New Development Leasing Manager position in student housing, leading a team to launch and lease a new property, driving leasing success through innovative strategies and strong sales performance.
Requirements
- High School graduate; college degree preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in leasing, real estate development, or property management
- Proven experience in executing successful go-to-market strategies and driving occupancy for student housing communities in student markets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Windows and/or Apple operating systems
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
