About University Partners: We provide best-in-class student housing across the country. The Leasing Consultant supports leasing, marketing, and resident relations by delivering excellent customer service, supporting occupancy goals, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.

Requirements

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, guests, and vendors.
• Lease apartments in alignment with occupancy and revenue goals.
• Follow Fair Housing standards in all interactions.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts.
• Review applications including income, credit, and background screening.
• Prepare and maintain lease files and required documentation.
• Verify apartment readiness prior to move-in.
• Support lease renewal and retention efforts.
• Track leads, guest cards, and follow-ups in property management systems.
• Respond to calls, emails, and resident communication professionally and timely.
• Assist with work order entry and maintenance communication.
• Support move-in processes including documentation and system setup.
• Maintain leasing office, model units, and amenity presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of market competitors, pricing, and concessions.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of lease terms, unit specifications, availability, current market conditions, and all community policies.
