Patient Service Rep - UT Urgent Care Northshore

UT Urgent Care Clinic is seeking a Patient Service Representative for our Northshore location. The successful candidate will be a team player and comfortable working in a fast-paced urgent care environment. Key responsibilities include greeting patients, collecting demographic and insurance information, and assisting with patient requests.

Requirements

• Greet patients and assist with patient requests upon arrival to clinic
• Obtain and record demographic, insurance and financial information
• Collect co-pay, co-insurances and past due balances
• Verify insurance eligibility and ability to relay relevant information on payment policies.
• Answer multi-line telephone, relay patient messages to clinical team members
