We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our EU team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related commercial roles, with a strong understanding of the online payments / fintech industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving their own pipeline, seeking out opportunities in the market, and supporting the ongoing commercial growth strategy of the organization.
Requirements
- 6+ years of total professional experience in business development, sales, or related commercial roles
- At least 2 years of experience in the online payments / fintech industry
- Strong understanding of one or more target verticals
- Solid knowledge of payment products, processes, and typical client pain points
- Relevant professional network within the payments or fintech ecosystem
- Proven ability to independently identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Experience managing complex B2B deals with long sales cycles
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders on the client side
- Strong results-driven mindset, with experience working against clear KPIs aligned with market entry and growth objectives
