Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting within the security integration, low-voltage, skilled trades, construction, government contracting, technical services, or related industries
• Experience supporting recruiting efforts for federal contracts, government projects, or security-cleared positions
