Job Description

The company is looking for a Senior Principal Customer Advocate Manager to establish and nurture strong relationships with customer stakeholders, develop a customer advocacy strategy, and provide ongoing support to ensure ongoing platform adoption.
Requirements
- 7+ years in a customer-facing role
- Proven expertise in client relationship management, technical delivery, and product management
- Technical aptitude with a strong desire to master the Unqork platform
- Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented approach
- Exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
