Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for PFS Sales roles, partnering with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to meet business needs. Manages sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding for frontline sales positions.
Delivers a professional candidate experience while supporting reporting and hiring KPIs. Advises stakeholders on hiring strategy, market insights, and candidate selection.
Requires strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Good understanding of compliance, licensing, and recruitment governance in financial services.
