Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. The role works closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, source and attract suitable candidates, coordinate assessments and conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth, positive experience throughout the journey for every candidate.

What You Will Do

Source applicants, screen and review candidate profiles, conduct pre-screening interviews, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate recruitment data.

Requirements

• Recognised Degree in HR, business, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and selection methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Process oriented with a good eye for details
• Competent in Microsoft Office
