Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview

As a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist in APAC, you will oversee the entire recruitment cycle for Singapore, with occasional involvement in other North & Southeast Asia regions. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans, manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with hiring managers, conduct recruitment activities, lead regional campus recruitment efforts, drive employer branding initiatives, and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

• Tertiary education in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of international recruiting experience
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Agency recruitment or RPO experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced recruiting environment
• Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and growth
• Ability to thrive in a competitive recruiting landscape and work effectively under pressure
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
