As a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist in APAC, you will oversee the entire recruitment cycle for Singapore, with occasional involvement in other North & Southeast Asia regions. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans, manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with hiring managers, conduct recruitment activities, lead regional campus recruitment efforts, drive employer branding initiatives, and stay updated on industry trends.
The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring across all levels of the organization, from entry-level positions to executive leadership roles. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of success in a fast-paced recruiting environment, and a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
