Join AIG as a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategy for AIG Singapore and the APAC Regional Office. Partner with business leaders to recruit, develop, and retain top talent, and foster a culture of inclusion and belonging.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, deliver high-quality hires, and strengthen the employer brand. Define customized hiring strategies, build strong partnerships with stakeholders, and maintain accurate records in ATS.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding, passion for recruitment, and strong business acumen. Ability to build trusted relationships, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively.
