Job description
Develop innovative concepts and designs for retail store fixtures and P.O.P. displays, working in a fast-paced environment with evolving design requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design and production goals. Utilize IT skills to handle various file formats and ensure interoperability between design tools.
Produce design deliverables, create instructions for manufacturing processes, manage multiple projects, and maintain project files and assets. Communicate effectively across teams and apply knowledge of networking, file management, and cloud technologies.
Contribute to UPC's technical evolution by promoting flexibility, innovation, and problem-solving. Play a key role in the design and engineering team to help lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
