Job Description
Upchurch is a rapidly growing, full-service building engineering company seeking a Director of Construction Operations to lead and oversee all electrical construction operations across multiple projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 12–20+ years of progressive experience in electrical construction operations
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple electrical projects and teams
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and NEC requirements
- Experience managing project financials, forecasts, and WIP reporting
- Ability to lead in fast-paced, multi-project environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
