Upfluence is seeking a highly motivated People & Operations Coordinator to manage the full recruitment cycle and support day-to-day operations across the organization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or office management
- Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience using ATS platforms, HR systems, and job boards
- Based in Mexico City (CDMX) — required for this remote role
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
