Job Description
Upgrade is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Contractor Engagement to help build our sales team in North America. The role will focus on growing our merchant and contractor partners to advance their business and achieve their goals. The manager will be responsible for introducing new contractor partners to Upgrade's solutions, driving increased consumer loan volume, and recognizing trends to prevent merchant churn.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a similar role
- 2+ years sales and/or relationship management experience
- Proven track record of success in a quota-bearing position
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com
