Job Description
We are seeking a talented and data-driven Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help lead the lifecycle engagement strategy for Uphold's Consumer Division. The role will focus on developing and optimizing programs that drive customer retention, increase transaction frequency, and enhance overall customer lifetime value (LTV).
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, retention, CRM, or campaign management
- Demonstrated success designing and executing lifecycle programs that improve retention and engagement
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in cohort analysis, segmentation, and experimentation
