Job Description
The Property Manager role is responsible for managing all aspects of our property operation, including coordinating tenant relations, community activities, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Strong writing skills
- Proficiency with a calculator
- Experience in tax credits, certified occupancy specialist, or blended occupancy specialist
- Accredited Resident Manager or Resident Housing Manager designations preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or equivalent experience
