Requirements
- Strong writing skills, Processing/On-Site Rental System/Spreadsheet
- Proficiency with a calculator
- 3-5 years of experience in Property Management with LIHTC practices
- Supervision of site operations experience a plus
- Tax Credits, Certified Occupancy Specialist, or Blended Occupancy Specialist certification preferred
