We are looking for a People Experience Specialist (Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics) to join a dynamic and growth-oriented organization in the automotive industry.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and implement compensation and benefits strategies
- Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and pay structure analyses
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business units
- Contribute to HR analytics initiatives and HR technology projects
- Support the preparation, monitoring, and management of the annual HR budget
- Ensure alignment between HR financial planning and overall business strategy
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the performance management system
- Contribute to career development frameworks, succession planning, and talent management initiatives
- In line with HR priorities, support and follow up on recruitment processes as needed
