Uplight is seeking a Senior Analyst to drive business performance by improving post-sales operations, client retention, and process efficiency. The role involves managing critical operational processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through data analysis and process improvements.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in operations, project management, commercial or sales operations, consulting, implementation, client operations, or financial analysis roles
- Strong operational project management skills, with experience managing multiple complex workflows, stakeholders, and deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a systems-oriented mindset
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets and experience working in systems such as Wrike, Salesforce, and Jira, and business intelligence tools such as Looker and Tableau
- Ability to ask strategic questions and dive into problems without deep subject matter expertise on day one
- Ability to lead with influence, especially with senior-level leaders and cross-functional team members
- Ability to drive accountability across teams with persistence, tact, and strong cross-functional judgment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn complex operational data into clear insights, recommendations, and action plans
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders
