Assistant Educator - Casual Supply

Upper Canada Child Care is seeking an Assistant Educator to join their team in Markham. The position involves providing care and support to children in a before and after school program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational and curriculum requirements are met, and will work closely with other team members to support the needs of all children.

Requirements

• Recent Vulnerable Sector Check
• Health assessment and record of immunization
• Up-to-date certification in CPR-C and Standard First Aid
• Basic knowledge of the developmental needs of children
• Experience with inquiry/play based program design and implementation
• Ability to use computer systems and programs, including Dayforce and Storypark
