HR Partner (Exploration and Production area)

MOL Plc. Human Resources Management is seeking an HR Partner (Exploration and Production area) to support the Upstream business strategy by fostering the continuous development of workforce.

Requirements

• University or college degree (economics, law, HR, or technical fields)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
• Good stakeholder management, ability to work independently
• Basic knowledge of Hungarian labour law
• Fluent Hungarian and English
• B ‐category driver’s license with practice
