Senior Software Development Engineer

Role Overview

As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will apply software engineering principles to design, develop, and maintain computer software. You will provide systems life cycle management to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of technical solutions. You will research and support the integration of emerging technologies and provide knowledge and support for applications' development, integration, and maintenance.

What You Will Do

You will develop program logic for new applications, analyze and modify logic in existing applications, and ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented. You will analyze requirements, test, and integrate application components, and define application complexity drivers, estimates development efforts, creates milestones and/or timelines, and tracks progress towards completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Expertise in software engineering principles and practices
• Knowledge of agile engineering practices and methodologies
• Experience with project management and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and receive minimal guidance
