Job Description
The Warehouse Customer Service Representative will be the key point of contact for customers to fulfil orders and liaise with the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing. The candidate will provide high-quality customer service, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and perform various clerical duties.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of Contract Logistics/3PL/Healthcare industry experience
- 2-3 years of customer-service related role experience
- Excellent communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills
- Strong problem solving, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines
- Proficient in computer usage, working knowledge of WMS or SAP and MS Office
- Working knowledge of order entry systems and warehouse management systems
