The Project Manager (PM) serves as the primary point of contact between the Contractor and the Government for all matters related to daily contract performance under the JMC IT Help Desk Support Services contract at Fort Bliss, Texas. The PM has full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor and is responsible for ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds the performance standards defined in the Performance Requirements Summary (PRS).
