Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of product design experience delivering end-to-end user experiences for digital products
- Experience designing conversational, chat-based, or AI-assisted user interfaces
- Experience designing complex workflows with branching logic, edge cases, and error handling
- Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools for interactive or conversational flows
