Job Description
The Billing Services Coordinator - I (BSC-I) supports clinic growth through excellence in execution of the practice management role and patient intake processes. The individual will work in collaboration with the Clinic Director (CD) to carry out efficient clinic procedures and create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
Requirements
- Collect all money due at the time of service
- Convert referrals into evaluations
- Schedule patient visits
- Create an inviting clinic atmosphere
- Manage schedule efficiently
- Manage document routing
- Manage personal overtime
- Manage non-clinical documentation
- Manage deposits
- Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting
- Monitor clinic inventory
- Attend training for Raintree and other business process updates
- Complete quarterly compliance training
